We've included a speaker information packet, which includes everything we need from you and the answers to some of the most common questions.

The 2023 Productivity and Stress Management Summit is a 1-day virtual event that provides information and inspirations for busy professionals and leaders who are interested in working smarter instead of harder and finding the elusive balance that increases the value of both their work and personal lives.
You are one of about a dozen speakers who have been invited to share your knowledge and experience with the attendees. We believe that information is free and that putting ideas into action is what actually costs money. In that vein, our goal is to deliver actionable insights into how to improve individual and team productivity, manage stress, and cultivate the right mindset to succeed in work and in life. Thank you for choosing to share your knowledge and expertise!

Once you have gotten you custom affiliate link and submitted your speaker intake form, we would love for you to start promoting the event. Our goal is to have 1000 attendees registered for our inaugural event. That can't happen without your support and sharing with your networks. Use the information above to provide the leg work for your posts.
These first two weeks are weeks to simply tease the event. Let people know you are confirmed to speak. No hard sell needed at this point. In the promotion calendar, there are three posts with images and copy you can use. Two are save the date/ promotion type posts and one is a meme/ humorous post. We will ramp up the sales posts in September.
These weeks, we will ramp up the sales-oriented posts. Get your affiliate link out there to as many people as you can. Registration to attend live is free so there is no excuse to pass up the opportunity to learn and connect around some important and timely topics. We have provided promotion and meme posts - one per week - for you to use. There are also many other memes you can use in the speaker resources Google folder, if you'd like to post more than once per week.
We're getting closer to the event now so we will be ramping up the intensity of the posts, capitalizing on people's fear of missing out, sharing some more details about what to expect. We've provided a weekly post for you in the Promotional Calendar. Feel free to use the other posts as well. We have individual speaker images as well as whole Summit promotion posts you can use as well. All of this can be found in the Swipe Files and Assets folder.
We are in countdown mode during this week! We go live on Thursday and want to make sure that everyone who wants to join us (or needs to join us) knows the summit is happening and how to enroll. Ramp up your posts this week and make sure everyone in your network knows you are speaking on Thursday and how to join you.
We'll blast messaging out on all of the social platforms to let people know today is the day!
The event is over - congratulations! - but there might still be money on the table. For those who only registered for the free ticket or for those who couldn't make it live, the all-access pass might just be the way to get the benefit of the summit after the fact. Your affiliate links still apply and we want to give everyone the opportunity to buy the all access pass if they want it before we close registration. We will keep the all-access pass registration open for a month after the event so anyone who wants it can buy it.
We will be utilizing Slack as a way to engage with registered participants leading up to and immediately after the event. It is a great way to get feedback before your talk about what resonates most with the participants and to build trust and create a vibe that will carry into the Summit on the day itself. While, of course, participation isn't mandatory, it is highly encouraged and we hope you will be able to engage with the participants in the Slack channel.
We want to make speaking at the Summit as easy and effortless as possible for you. In order to do that, we will:
Provide one of the hosts in your session to manage the IT, introduce you, and moderate the chat for you during your session
Provide detailed instructions for how to host and share within the Zoom Webinar platform well in advance of your session
Have backups in place in the case of a technology gremlin attack (for instance, if you aren't able to share, we will have your slides available to share on your behalf)
So, relax and plan to have some fun as you interact and share your specific brand of brilliance with the Summit participants.
